Master Potter Betty Quezada is the very talented wife of Juan Quezada’s son Noe. World famous for her work, she was one of the first artists whose work was added to the Mercado369 collection. She incorporates the elegant style of the famous Quezada family of Mata Ortiz, Mexico. The sculpted stairway effect that she uses on the top of her pots is a signature style that you find on many of her pieces. It gives a beautiful visual and tactile feel to the piece.
