El Chango, was born in Veracruz on December 18th, 1890 and died in Mexico City on August 8th, 1968. Famous painter and cartoonist. He was also known for being an expert tango dancer, a traditional dance from Argentina, a Greco-Roman wrestler and promoter of silent films.
