Baltazar Castellano Melo (b. 1983) was born in the Afro-Mexican area of southern Mexico known as the Costa Chica.
In addition to the diversity of cultural elements that it can address, his work is not limited by a single style. It does not seek to limit itself to a single form, it seeks diverse forms that allow him to play with reality. Baltazar C. Melo is constantly innovating or experimenting with different intervention techniques.
